Nestled in the private upper floor of our quiet multi-use building, the two bedroom, 900 sqft, recent addition is perfect for 1-4 adults. Two generously sized bedrooms each offer a premium queen bed, dresser and closet. Its kitchen has stainless steel appliances, icemaker and outdoor bbq. A bright tiled bathroom, open living and dining room with smart flat screen tv, satellite channels and fold flat sofa make this a short or long stay retreat.

The Loft will please even those who enjoy our villas, however, it does not have ocean view, laundry or accessibility features due to stairs. Entering does require the use of a private, well-lit and secure indoor staircase. Your private parking area is right outside, with bistro set and ground level sitting space with ocean view. For summer trips, its many windows and air-conditioning will add extra comfort.
